Hara Yoga Barcelona offers Yoga classes of different styles, workshops and training courses in a spacious 600 m2 center, with three cozy rooms in the center of Barcelona.
Our philosophy takes care of the tradition and is nourished by the contemporary knowledge of yoga so that your practice is as useful and healthy as possible.
At Hara Yoga you can enjoy classes for all levels and types of practice, so that your body and mind find balance. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, at Hara Yoga Studio you will find a warm, relaxed and familiar environment in which to develop this wonderful path.
Our yoga studio is a space dedicated to learning, teaching and practice of Yoga where, in addition, other activities related to personal development and wellness are taught. The objective is to offer a place of growth, calm and physical and spiritual relaxation.
Our teaching staff consists of people with extensive experience, preparation, enthusiasm and fully committed to their work, way of life and teaching.
