I came to Yoga through different paths. Practicing sports such as cycling, swimming and telemark skiing, he used many of the asanas to do stretching after exercise, without knowing that, well structured, it could have a name like "Yin yoga" or "Restorative Yoga".
On the other hand, I have always been interested in nurturing the spiritual part of being, deepening through texts of oriental philosophy and especially Buddhists.
At a certain point in my life these two paths come together, a click is produced that is formally structured as YOGA. I started attending Iyengar and Jivamukti classes and the practice became a daily necessity, and well taught since I opened Hara Yoga Studio in Barcelona where I follow the classes of various teachers and lineages.
As I entered the world of yoga more and more, I considered going to India to deepen my learning, but a teacher training program appeared in Hara, which I studied with great interest in order to further develop my practice and personal knowledge.
Little by little I am realizing that I can share, attend and accompany the practice of yoga and thus I begin to explore that path by giving classes in various places.
On the other hand, my professional life has focused on legal and consulting advice to clients in the cultural industries. I am a professor of intellectual property law and image rights at different universities and music schools.
