Luminous Axis: Masterclass with Paula Andreewitch

This workshop will be a multi modality exploration of integration along the axis. Finding relationship and coherence through our centre to access presence. Our movement will build slowly as we explore spirals and rotations through the axis, will play with twisted arm balances and will unfold into a restorative practice at the end. Expect to move, breathe, chant, meditate and rest.

Biography

Paula's practice and teaching integrates movement practices, philosophical teachings, chanting, and breath awareness.

The focus is on process over destination, retrieving intuition and feeling, and honouring the exquisite intelligence of the body.  Paula is interested in how the practice can help us to notice the interconnectedness within all things, and remember ourselves as inherently well made, whole and enough.  From that place she believes we can enmesh our findings into every aspect of our lives and ultimately look after ourselves, others, and our environment better.  She believes the practice provides us with the opportunity to re-sensitise to our own aliveness; not only to feel what is happening inside of our own body, but to become more aware and active citizens working towards freedom, not only for ourselves, but for all.
