Yoga Chikitsa is an approach in which yoga techniques are used to treat various ailments. The Yogis depended completely on themselves to take care of their health, which is why they promoted many techniques to stay healthy.

They developed the system of postures and movements called Asana and Vinyasa to exercise all the joints, muscles and tissues, and to ensure the correct circulation of fluids in the body.

They used breathing exercises to cleanse and balance the cardiopulmonary system, and also to increase its vital energy.

They also created the system of Bandhas Mudras and Viparitas, to counteract the effect of gravity on the displacement of various organs, which slowly and over time are the cause of various diseases.

And of course they used meditation to keep the mind in check.

Restorative and Therapeutic practices and techniques based on the teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, BKS Iyengar and other great Masters of Hatha Yoga

  We will approach the workshop from the Individual Diagnosis to implement the appropriate Yoga Techniques to reestablish balance in the body and mind.

Workshop aimed at people with ailments, and all those who wish to continue learning more.
