Inverted Intensive Workshop

Complete and specific workshop of Verticals where we will work and learn exercises to improve your flexibility and mobility together with a deep work of body positioning and spatial awareness to adapt and prepare your body for an optimal practice without injuries.

We will develop educational exercises, hand balances, tripods, sirsasanas , planks / crocodiles, press-handstand . Finally we will do different relaxations and stretches at the end of each practice.

Biography

Alfonso began in the acrobatic world as a self-taught person at the age of 12, practicing break dance, capoeira and acrobatics until the age of 18, which he had to leave for studies.

At the age of 22, he knows fire juggling and other juggles that lead him to resume his knowledge of acrobatics.

At the age of 25 he moved to Barcelona to train, the following year he managed to enter the professional training of the Institute of the Arts of the circus of Barcelona (Rogelio Rivel). 

In 2012/1013 he studied for a year at the CAU school and made 2 tours of Berlin, France and Belgium, performing at different festivals and Galas.

In 2020 he created his stable training project in Esana yoga, with a new project of creation and distribution of material for the training of Verticals (Handyman in Vertical) 

Currently, she is trained in Rocket Yoga with Yoga Alliance and is preparing her first Handstand-UP trainings.

Saturday 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Sunday 30, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
