Yin Yoga: Spring Equinox with Bety

We say goodbye to winter and celebrate the Spring Equinox with this Yin Yoga workshop designed to detoxify and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit and prepare to welcome the sun.

Spring is a time of renewal, growth, and expansion. Over the years, different traditions have celebrated this time of year as a time of fertility, new life, and new intentions. After a winter break, the power of spring surges through nature, and through us. It's time to come out of hibernation, to detox and clear up, to symbolically start over and find your balance.

Yin Yoga offers us tools to stimulate the flow of chi through the body in an organic way, helping to strengthen the immune system and increase our vitality, as well as detoxify our organs through the meridian system.

The sequence will focus on the Wood element: liver and gallbladder meridians, which support the body's natural detoxification and digestive functions.

Spring is the season of harmony and in this workshop we will open the heart, we will eliminate stagnant energy by practicing twists and hip openings and we will stimulate the general circulation of chi by getting rid of what we no longer need physically, mentally and emotionally to start anew. one more time.

* In Yin Yoga we maintain different postures, respecting our unique and individual physical structure, for 3-5 minutes. This gives us space to develop deep awareness and reach the connective tissue, our fascia, resulting in increased mobility, stabilization, and energy flow.
