Tip of the week: Mountain Pose

Mountain Pose, also known as Tadasana, is one of the most basic yoga poses, but also one of the most effective for improving posture and stability.


To do Mountain Pose, follow these steps:

  1. Stand with your feet together and hands at your sides.

  2. Align your feet, ankles, knees, and hips.

  3. Keep your spine straight and shoulders relaxed.

  4. Breathe deeply and feel the energy flowing through your entire body.


Practice Mountain Pose for a few minutes each day, and you will see an improvement in your posture and body stability.

Practice of the week: Gratitude Meditation

Gratitude meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that helps you cultivate feelings of gratitude and appreciation for life.


To do gratitude meditation, follow these steps:


  1. Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position.

  2. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths.

  3. Visualize a person, place, or thing that you feel grateful for.

  4. Imagine sending love and gratitude towards that person, place, or thing.

  5. Feel the energy of gratitude filling your body and mind.


Practice gratitude meditation for a few minutes each day, and you will see an improvement in your mood and your ability to appreciate the little things in life.
